FAQs
The Beekeepers Academy is an online, membership-based education platform delivering expert-led beekeeping training, mentorship, and resources for beekeepers of all experience levels — from beginners to advanced practitioners.
TBA is for anyone who wants to grow their beekeeping knowledge and capabilities — whether you’re just starting with your first hive or already managing multiple colonies and interested in advanced queen rearing, management strategies, or treatment-free practices.
We currently offer four membership levels: Explorer (free), Core, Pro, and Golden. Each plan unlocks different levels of access to our library, services, and mentor support, depending on your needs and how deeply you want to engage.
Golden membership — our most comprehensive plan — includes: full access to the video library, unlimited Video Answers, unlimited one-on-one consultations, priority mentor access (“Mentor in Your Pocket”), personalized project guidance, and participation in exclusive monthly live sessions during beekeeping season (Feb–Oct).

Yes. We regularly update and expand our content throughout the beekeeping season to meet the evolving needs of our members. This ensures that our guidance stays aligned with what beekeepers typically face in the field at different times of the year.
Log in and check your plan status. If you still can’t access an item your plan should include, contact support via the site’s help/contact option.
Because memberships provide immediate access to digital materials, all sales are final and non-refundable. You may cancel future renewals at any time, and your access will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
Dr. Debnam knows his bees so well he rarely needs one. Tamila, on the other hand, is allergic, carries an EpiPen, and prefers not to get stung in the face right before a presentation.
